Participants are encouraged to use professional software such as:
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- Unreal Engine
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Animate
Proof of AI prompts used during content creation (in text or screenshot form) must be provided if AI-assisted tools are utilized.
4. Submission Requirements
All entries must be submitted via the official Google Form provided by the organizer. Participants are required to upload their videos to YouTube and include the link in the form. The video shall be set to ‘Unlisted’ to ensure that access is restricted to judges and organizers only.
4a. Project Explanation Video
The video must include: Team introduction and project title, Concept and innovation explanation, Technology or approach used, Advantages and potential application, Clear visual and audio quality.
- Recommended format: Full HD (1080p)
- Maximum duration: 3 minutes
- All submitted videos must be uploaded to YouTube with the privacy setting set to “Unlisted” and the video link must be included in the provided Google Form.
4b. Final Animation / Product Video
- Must present the final animation output according to the specified technical requirements
- Should demonstrate visual quality, creativity, and innovation
- All submitted videos must be uploaded to YouTube with the privacy setting set to “Unlisted” and the video link must be included in the provided Google Form.
4c. Project Poster
Participants are required to submit an A1-sized project poster as part of their entry. The poster shall clearly present the project concept, objectives, methodology, and expected outcomes.
