1. Category Definition

This category involves the development of immersive digital experiences using:

  • Augmented Reality (AR)
  • Virtual Reality (VR)
  • Mixed Reality (MR)

3. Additional Requirements

Participants must provide:

  • Prototype demonstration or demo video
  • User interaction explanation
  • Documentation of the technology used

4. Submission Requirements

All submissions must be made through the official Google Form provided by the organizer. Participants are required to upload their video to YouTube and include the video link in the designated form. The video must be set to “Unlisted” to ensure that only the judges and organizers are able to access the video.

4a. Project Explanation Video

The video content shall include:

  • Introduction of the project and development objectives
  • The AR/VR/immersive experience concept developed
  • Technologies or software used (e.g., game engines, AR platforms, VR tools)
  • User interaction with the project
  • Potential applications or use cases of the project
  • The video must have clear audio and visual quality
  • The maximum duration of the video is 3 minutes
  • The recommended minimum video quality is Full HD (1080p).

4b. Project Demonstration Video (Demo / Experience Video)

  • The video must demonstrate the use of the application or the immersive experience developed.
  • The recording may include:
    • Screen display of the AR / VR application
    • User demonstration of the application
    • Interaction and immersive experience generated
  • All submitted videos must be uploaded to YouTube with the privacy setting set to “Unlisted”.
  • Participants must also provide links to the application demo, APK file, WebAR, or prototype (if available), and upload them via the designated link.
  • A brief user guide must be included if the project requires special devices such as a VR headset or mobile AR device.

4c. Project Poster

Participants are required to submit an A1-sized project poster as part of the entry. The poster must clearly present the project concept, objectives, methodology, and expected outcomes.

All submitted videos must be uploaded to YouTube with the privacy setting set to “Unlisted” and the video link must be included in the provided Google Form.
